Staying at Curwen House in Salem Inn was a unique experience. The decor was great, beds were luxurious and comfy, and the European shower was a pleasant surprise. However, the night noises were a bit disturbing.

I loved the decor in our room at Curwen House, and the bed was so luxurious and comfy. The European shower was a nice touch, and the hot water was amazing even with the heat turned off. The only downside was the noises, like running footsteps above our room.
Service

The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay easier. They were not at the desk at 8:00 as indicated by the sign, but their responsiveness via text messages made up for it.

The location of Curwen House made our stay very pleasurable. It was convenient, close to attractions, and had a private door and a big walk-in shower room. Being right across the street from the historic Witch house was a bonus.
Dining

The dining experience was average; it started at 8:00, which I found inconveniently late. Though the made-to-order omelets were great, the menu didn't vary much day to day.

The service was pleasant, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was astounding, within walking distance to everything. My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were large and really nice, and I enjoyed a generous, hot, sit-down breakfast each morning followed by a sherry nightcap. However, accessing the rooms through two sets of narrow stairs could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and stylish, making me feel more like I was in a home than a hotel. However, there were some noise disturbances, including running footsteps above our room. The service was excellent overall, with friendly staff who made delightful omelettes and provided helpful reminders.
